There is no point in having a brand new Telephone System in your office/school if you don’t know how to make it work for you.
Training in the operation of all elements of a new telephone system is, of course, a vital ingredient in ensuring that the expected benefits are fully realised. Training is provided on-site, usually to coincide with the hand-over of the new system in order to support customers through the first few hours of operation.
